Approved Alternate Vender (AAV)/Construction Manager (CM)    April  2013 – February 2015

Working in the Arkansas Market as the AAV coordinator and actively managing site walks on all sites requiring back haul fiber installation. Performing these tasks in conjunction with Sprint’s four main AAV suppliers, AT&T, Cox Communication, Sudden Link and Windstream. These site walks are being completed with the AAV providers outside plant engineers and/or coordinators. Sites are being designed, uploaded to site handler then distributed to contractors to complete construction for the AAV conduit path. Received additional duties as a Construction Manager to work with other contractors to construct rooftop and tower sites requiring Radio Base Stations, Lines and Antennas. Fully competent in Site Handler, scoping, red-lining and performing close out package duties as required by Ericsson Management. Manage various general contractor crews on a per site basis with daily progress reports to management for AAV room ready completes and Radio Base Station tower and rooftop construction. Weekly forecasting of site completions as required by management. Daily progress reports on contractor crews to area lead and market lead managers.
