Worked with ATT Executive Staff to formulate all methods and procedures for Proof of Concept for the F2 Conditioning Project Lightspeed (22 states). Established project workflow processes and procedures for all activity between AT&T and contractors. Ramping-up personnel with assignment roles and responsibilities for all Proof of Concept teams. Successfully completing required permits, easement, JPA’s for the project.   Responsible for field changes and adjustments for the success of projects.

Perform all outside plant engineering and design for ATT Lightspeed Project, existing and new facilities – aerial, underground and buried. Certified F2 Conditioning in ARES, JAMS, FTI. Completed Engineering through release to construction completion. Responsible for final construction inspection and as-builds.

Manage and engineer activities for the placing of fiber cable, utilizing new and existing, underground and aerial facilities. Projects included wireless and landline installs to cell sites and termination points with the placement of equipment and cable facilities at cell locations. Obtaining attachment access on existing utility locations for new wireless equipment. Wire Center OSP Engineer

Performed all outside plant engineering for projects and routine work orders and Delayed Service Orders - designed and implemented aerial and underground (COPPER and FIBER). Structured cabling for residential, business and industrial environments. Analyzed telecom products, materials and equipment specification and determined requirements for designs, keeping within industry standards and practices.  Additionally, engineered and designed conduit and manhole structures, bridge, railroad, and water crossings, for state, city and county locations. Worked closely with engineering teams (contract and permanent) who were tasked with developing “best practices and best upgrades” for outside-plant facilities, giving recommendations to clients. Coordinated and managed all Q&A and final construction inspections.  Planned and designed remote terminal and cross connect site(s), obtained rights-of-way, easements, and permits.  Provided cost estimates for bid packages and budget cost.
