Performed all outside plant engineering for projects and routine work orders and Delayed Service Orders - designed and implemented aerial and underground (COPPER and FIBER). Structured cabling for residential, business and industrial environments. Analyzed telecom products, materials and equipment specification and determined requirements for designs, keeping within industry standards and practices.  Additionally, engineered and designed conduit and manhole structures, bridge, railroad, and water crossings, for state, city and county locations.
