Managed monthly project schedules, and project budget variances. Performed monthly quality control audits.

 

-Designed 450 Hdsl service orders and met a very aggressive two day release date objective 100% of the time.

 

-Designed six major public requirements projects totaling $1.5million, involving aerial to underground plant conversion, major conduit systems, and cross connect site relocations. Receive commendation from state, county, and city municipalities for proactive design completion in accommodating their road improvement schedules.

 

-Recognized for releasing a major fiber optic project in record time for the high profile customer Lucent Technologies which assured that due dates for service requirements were met.

 

-Trained engineering personnel to improve technical strengths of the team. Also mentored new hire employees in technical outside plant decisions.
