Approving  all invoicing for construction payments.  Preparing close out packages for Windstream to obtain payment including all change orders, fiber test results all redlines and photos of all cabinets placed at each site. Worked closely with both Calix and Adtran reps to assure compliance of contracts and cut over procedures were followed per Windstream Comm’s specs . Proficient in RUS unit coding.

·         Engineered fiber routes using existing Copper cable UG and Aerial plant. Researched AAIS verifying  Copper Cable sizes and pairs to units.
