Investigate subscriber performance quality issues and outages.  Work with Calix TAC and Tier 3 to troubleshoot performance, configuration, and management systems (CMS) as it relates to customer services.  Upgrade and redesign access network delivery services as needed.

·         Monitor and troubleshoot SIP/GR303 Voice traffic over a Calix based FTTH access network.  Monitor capacity and performance for class 5 voice services using MetaSwitch and Nokia EWSD Class 5 switches.  Manage software upgrades and troubleshoot software and hardware failures with voice services.  Make use of Ethernet based capture software to troubleshoot SIP based performance issues.
