1         Performed circuit testing, troubleshooting and configuration of Nortel DMS, DACS, T1/T3/SONET switching and transmission equipment systems, channel banks and CSU/DSU's. Special Service Technician responsibilities included physically wiring lines, installing central office plug-ins and testing from Central Office to customer premises. 2         Relocated 3,900 Garland ISD lines after new equipment purchase. Initiated move at night while school was in session which enabled use of hot cuts to test all lines. 3         Moved City of Garland’s 911 trunks, police, hospital, and fire department lines to new switch equipment within allotted time: entailed building trunks, new lines, digging/laying cable, test and cuts
