million, the opening of two satellite offices, and the hiring of
over 250 men as sub-contractors to handle the extensive

for AT & T in five (5) Mid-West states.

As well, was instrumental in the design and development of the

Contracts for the company totaled $16 million for this time

Project Manager: Outside Plant
Managed Projects from conception through end-of-life.
Responsible for pathway creation of all electrical duct banks,
manholes, and foundations for signal, push buttons, and
Central Instrument Houses, on a 29-mile rebuild of the
Maryland Light Rail Double Track Project. Project involved
placement of over 150 manholes, 226 foundations,
placement of 22 Central Instrument Houses, Traction
Powered Sub-Stations, and installation of over 750,000 feet
of duct banks.
Coordinated all schedules, surveys, material purchases, and
manpower allocations.
Responsible for meeting critical timelines on the eight
different phases of this rebuild (i.e. Signal, Overhead
Catenary Systems & Civil). Project Value $9,000,000.00.
Also, was in charge of Site-work for several contractors for
rehabilitation projects.
08/01 to 07/02
Network Technologies Group, Inc. Baltimore, Md.
Director of Multi-Dwelling Division: Responsible for multimillion
dollar projects, involving both ISP and OSP. Starting with
the initial meeting of the perspective client, surveying of project,
bid proposal, manpower resources, to the final walk thru and
reconciliation of the project.
Client list: Comcast, Verizon DSL., University of Maryland
College Park, University of Baltimore, Prince George’s
County, Fairfax and Arlington Counties of Virginia for
Comcast, Social Security- Woodlawn Complex for Comcast.
Was responsible for designing and implementing a Time
Management Flow Chart, associating jobs with time
allocations down to the minute, as well as costs associated
with each performance line item, saving N.T.G. thousands of
dollars in salaries for projects.
04/00 to 08/01

Project Manager-Specialized Projects- M.D.U. Division
Responsible for Specialized Projects;
University of Maryland College Park- 9100 outlets in
57.5 days from underground to outlet in student dorm
with 75 men, building the entire wiring infrastructure.
Presidential Towers- 1,000 new outlets in 60 days, with 12
men, from underground to individual outlets in the condos.
Upgrading of Charles & Calvert Co.’s: upgrading and rebuild
of old coax system to new 870 MHz System in 8 months.
Upgrading of Prince George County: Upgrade and New Build
for Comcast throughout the entire area.
Children’s Hospital: Re-did their entire networking systems
with new infrastructure wiring.
As well, duties involved the hiring/interviewing of
perspective employees, termination, exit interviews,
employee training, employee development,
and advancement. Fleet management of vehicles, tool
acquisition, and vendor resources for price analysis.
Overall, responsible for the entire division, project managers,
foremen, lead technicians, profitability and day to day
operations, reporting directly to the Director of M.D.U.
Operations.
03/99 to 04/00 Mid-Atlantic Telecommunications, Baltimore, Md.
Public Relations/Service Manager: Responsible for day
day operations of the service calls, for the Satellite Repair
Division. These included handling of all customer service
complaints, as well as the satisfactory resolution.

all associated daily paperwork.
