May 2011 – January 2013:  ITC (Centurylink and Google)Contract supervisor for SW Florida Centurylink area. Splicer's, installers and repair techs. In the Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Naples area 16 techs, including QCs, supplies and training. August 2012 - January 2013 Corporate trainer for Google Fiber in Kansas City, MO. Organize and develop the first two training classes to train installer to install Google Fiber TV.  IP TV. Train and supervise 18 techs in class and in the field.  Gave four months of service in Kansas City.

2010 Nov – May 2011: Mastec Inc. – As a field supervisor I supervise and inspected copper splicer’s and placing crews conducting work for Centurylink’s OSP construction project.  I work daily with Centurylink’s management to reach work order schedules. 2008-2010: Conrtract Corporate Instructor – As a contract corporate training instructor for UIT Inc and Ramsey Ent, I would give training for either Verizon Corp or AT&T as needed as called.  I would provide

OSP voice, data, video, basic computers, networking, copper splicing, fiber splicing including FTTP,  pole climbing and line construction training.   To include training of management in professional management, safety and quality check and discipline.

1995-2008:  GTE/Verizon Corporation - Starting with most recent full time salary positions.

Corporate Instructor – Lead Fios Instructor South US.  Manage and perform training in Fiber To The Premise Fios voice, data, video, basic computers, Microsoft Office, fiber placement, fiber splicing, I&R, management safety and inspections, Pole Climbing, manhole and ladder safety.  I would prepare and deliver training as needed for employees to become more efficient in their jobs.  Conduct train-the-trainer in different states. This was in a classroom and practical lab setting, which I created, prepared and maintained.  Supervisor, area manager Brian Pinkstaff.

Fiber to the premise (FTTP) OSP Placing/Splicing Supervisor – Supervise hourly and contractors in the placement and splicing of fiber optics from Central Office to customer’s premise.  Work with engineering in development and placement of fiber cable.  Supervise installs and repair at customer’s premise. Handle customer complaints and reports.

Supervisor OSP Construction- Supervise the placement and splicing of copper in Venice Florida area .

Supervisor OSP I&M – This position consist of supervising 36 techs out of the Venice Florida work center.  This would include Venice, North Port and Englewood areas.  They would conduct copper service calls and installations for voice, data( DSL).

OSP Coordinator/Tech support – Conduct inspections, in charge of quality and tech support for the southern area OSP.  This includes changing, updating, and repairing computer systems, network and IP communications. Coordinate road construction and conduct site visits. 

Corporate Security Coordinator - GTE – Manage security for employees and buildings throughout the GTE south area.  This would include six states in the southeast US area.   Maintain personnel security card access, camera surveillance, contract security guard service, building locks and keys. Perform beginning steps in employees’ investigations.  Provide executive protection as needed. Maintain liaison with local police and federal investigators. 

Video Lineman GTE Americast – Maintain lines of communication from Central Office to customer’s premise, including cable splicing and fiber splicing.  Maintain cable TV nodes, mini bridge and line extender amplifiers.

Voice, data and video Installer GTE Americast – Install and repair voice, data and cable TV (coax)video at customer’s premise.   Located in Clearwater and St Pete Florida.

1993-1995    Contract Case Manager: Hillsborough Community Correction Center, Federal Work Release Center, Tampa, FL.  Responsible in providing safe housing and program management to federal inmates while in confinement at halfway house and on home confinement. Keep records and logs as related to federal guidelines.

         1990-1993 Substitute Teacher: Tampa Technical Vocational High School, considered a permanent

                            Substitute while attending USF.  This included varies subjects in a classroom setting.
