several RUS funded projects. With that certification I was responsible for
creating “515 RUS contracts”, sending out invitation to bidders, conducting

contract compliance and accepting the completed projects on behalf of

needs for OSP additions due to new customers, high cable fills in existing
facilities and necessary replacements of existing facilities due to road

would do a study of the area to determine the best solution to the need. This
was based on economics as well as future growth and customer needs. I would
create staking sheets, schematics and cut sheets as part of the work
