I have been a level 4 Installer and team leader for 15 years with an outstanding track record of bringing my jobs in on time and with a quality record above expectation for the task at hand.                                                                                        I spent two years abroad engineering (OSP and ISP) and project managing. I was the first point of contact for my company and the Department of Defense for several Navy Bases in the Mediterranean theater.                                                                                                                                     I built a first class engineering department for the Verizon VIOS project. Under my management we exceeded all goals and became the number one vendor in the Tampa Bay area.                                                                                                                                                 I have been currently been working as a COEI Technician.

Performed video test to ensure the quality of service.                                                                                                         Performed site surveys for the installation of Calix C-7 equipment at 14 Windstream sites in the North West area of Pennsylvania.
