·   Promoted as a Network Engineer from a Network Infrastructure Technician within the NOC environment

·   Daily duties included monitoring network trap logs and reports in order to maintain a safe and secure network      environment; setup, maintained, and administered Cisco and Juniper routers.

·   Was also responsible for the termination and installation, acceptance testing and maintenance of both CAT 5 and CAT 6 Fiber optic cables.

·   Other duties included fiber splicing and acceptance of optic fiber in exchanges, cabinets, risers, manholes, offices, DPS, etc.

·   Also performed fiber optic splitter, fiber patching and end to end testing for the corporate fiber to the business establishment from the Central Office.
