·         Create and maintain all inventory for UAT IVAPP testing groups. This includes Engineering the inventory from the Switch to Customer. Requires knowledge of: Central Office Equipment: OLT (Optical Line Terminal), Equipment Frame, Facility Frame and associated Feeder Cables.

·         Outside Plant Equipment: FDH (Fiber Distribution Hub) and associated Feeder Cable, FDT (Fiber Drop Terminal) and associated Distribution Cable, ONT (Optical Network Terminal) at customer location, both SFU (Single Family Unit) and MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit)

·         Provide SME / User input for FTTP Requirements gathering sessions, Assist with the development of precise System requirements and Test scenarios to use for identifying defects and providing a quality product to production.

·         Participate in IVAPP release testing, working with ITO, NNOS, and Development to provide details of system performance for IVAPP functionality.
Identify defects found in a new release, writing clear IR's in IPM, and following up on their resolution to provide defect free software to production.

·         Participate in the development of requirements and test scenarios for FTTP. Define practical test scenarios and cases in IPM based on requirements. Test 100% of all valid FTTP scenarios and test cases identified in IPM. Write clear IR's related to defects found while testing NGPS. Participate in E2E testing of FTTP working with ITO, NNOS, and Development to provide details of system performance for IVAPP functionality.

·         Performed all daily activities associated with engineering infrastructure. Prepared work orders (facilities for new cell towers, entrance facilities for business customers, plats, network congestion and modernization). Assisted in the development of capital budget.

·         Supervised a group of Construction Cable Technicians in two geographic locations.  Responsible for meeting Construction schedules and customer commitments with the highest degree of quality.

·         Provided support for Manager, Access Design & Construction.  Duties included capital and expense budget analysis, manpower planning, management of major and minor tool budgets. I provided technical support and training for various systems, prepared reports, made presentations etc. Managed a 4 year project to eliminate party lines for all Idaho and Washington customers.
