·         My activities as a Field Service Engineer, includes performing required on-site software/hardware engineering support functions required to, training/soldiers (EWO) field operations, safety operations, system availability, and mission readiness, to include software (RF bands L,M,H also (JCCS-1 Certified US Army , US Navy) installations, repairs, maintenance and test duties in support of multiple (CREW /JCREW systems (Counter Electronic Warfare Increment Two) is a ground-based electronic warfare (jamming) systems designed to disrupt enemy (IED) radio controlled detonators. ·         My activities included the Installation and Repair of Telecommunications, Telephones, Data, and (CCTV) Video, VOIP, Cisco Switches 2950, 3650, IGX Redcom equipment and main distribution frame maintenance per racks, wiring and 66Blocks, 110 punch downs. Responsible for installing pedestals, cabinets telephone equipment, repairing and splicing copper, fiber optic, weatherproofing, coaxial and cat-3,5,5E,6 cabling per ETA,EIA and TIA regulations/standards. Also Cell Site, installation, site surveys and testing. Military LMR, based radio system per USA/USAF.

·         Installed multiple telecom (NIPR, SIPR) backbones (1200 through 25 pair cables) and a new MDF from the ground up. Installed cabling, conduit, fiber optic connections, Pair Gain modems installs (DOD) Certified, for a 4500 user network including site planning.

·         Provided technical expertise, diagnostics and guidance in the design, movement and reinstallation of a complete technical control communications facilities at (2) U.S. Bases.

·         Verified and redlined engineering blueprints for cable installation through a 22 mile MH, HH infrastructure per conduits and buried cables.

Our team main objective was Maintaining Sprints Southern Operations Provisioning Database (CIRAS) for Fiber Networks per state of Florida.

·         -Installed (SONET) Rings and Node Insertions associated with UPSR and BLSR methods. Inserted software changes/upgrades to the CIRAS networks, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48 and OC-192 Fiber routes provided on-site troubleshooting of Network Splices, Transmissions, Circuits and Optical Patch Panels and connections.

·         -Verified documentation on new fiber inserts, fiber builds equipment and splices for our network team.
