QUALIFICATIONS: I have over 40 years’ experience in the Telecom Industry. My experience consists of I&R, Cable Splicing, Test Desk Technician, Mechanized Loop Tester, CAT 5e & 6 cabling / Basic VoIP and Acting RSB Foremen. I have been an instructor for both I&R, Cable (copper and fiber) Splicing, Copper and OSP design, ADSL installation and repair, Cable TV (Tripleplay), as well as a Technical Advisor/Trainer and Quality (ISO/9000) Control person for both Outside Plants and in the Central Office. Test and Turnup, Phone Systems PBX design & deployment are also part of my background along with VoIP, Communication & Networking Design, and MAC’s.
