Creating, or utilizing underground paths from manholes & pull-boxes from businesses & residences in order to place fiber optic cables for pending Verizon FiOS orders.

Other duties include,

 

·   Quality Control Inspector in charge of Verizon FiOS pre-field inspections, walkouts, right-of way resolutions, as well as obtaining city permits as needed.

·   Liaison between pending customer orders and engineering, & construction department

·   Provide customer support with order status to ensure on-time delivery of services.

·   Preparation of completed orders, cancellations, and missed due dates.

·   Diagnostic PC analysis testing to isolate trouble conditions for customers.

·   Modular assembly, activation, & testing of Verizon FiOS on-site video & data terminals, hubs, routers, switches, and network interface systems.

Working directly with local & regional insurance claims adjusters from major insurance companies to replace household items stolen or damaged in submitted homeowners insurance claims reports. Manager of online social media accounts, product marketing, public relations, and relationship building.

Accomplishments

I increased the technical knowledge of the company’ sourcing of replacement electronics for insurance claims, resulting in a 27% increase in revenue. Redesigned the company’s computer network to include more advanced data backup & power management systems to survive catastrophic incidences if they occur.  Created an advanced marketing campaign targeting insurance related social media sites, increasing brand awareness and generating increased revenue.

Established a working relationship with The Los Angeles Dodgers for game results, and upcoming stadium promotions, including the Dodgers Park & Ride in season advertising campaign. Acted as the company’s representative on the Culver City Chamber of Commerce.

Accomplishments

Responsible for the roll-out and training of the ACT© CRM software to the entire sales floor, increasing productivity of the account managers on an average of 15-25%. Negotiating the annexing of the company’s excess parking spaces to 4-Wheel Parts Inc. located next door to our facility to accommodate their chronic parking & storage issues, resulting in an agreement bringing in approximately $42,000 in additional revenue annually.
