Contracted to help with the new construction of an aerial and underground Fiber Optic infrastructure. I was responsible for establishing a feasibility route using the proposed fiber route plans. Daily fieldwork included topographic survey, gathering pole data like: pole spans, utility pole attachments, utility height measurements, GPS location, etc.  A TRIMBLE GeoXH handheld gps unit was used to collect all data.
