Worked with PG&E inspectors to insure safety and quality in construction crew’s work in power space.

Work with Sales Department to estimate costs and design aerial and underground CLEC fiber fed projects in the Sacramento area. Secured permits from local government authorities as needed.  Met with Business customers to determine most cost effective route to meet their requirements while limiting impact during construction phase. Scheduled work crews to meet service order dates of multiple projects. Created bids and awarded contracts to outside vendors as required meeting work force requirements. Inspected finished product and authorized payments.
