Take care of the Hybrid fiber-coaxial network, splice hard cable, repair/replace cut cables, finding damaged/cut or burnt fibers, doing plant upgrades, climb pole, splicing fiber, work on all major cutovers and help in the design of new plant, splice single fiber node solutions, splice bisnuss class customers CWDM services, work with contractors on a daily basis from underground to aerial plant. Update fiber documentation with any plant changes and make new splice docs for cutovers.
