SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

Extensive years of experience in the field of Telecommunications in Outside Plant Planning, Engineering Design of Copper and Fiber Optic Cables, Outside Plant Construction, Project Implementation, Supervision, Acceptance and Management. Scope of work includes the following:

 

 

1.                     Demand Forecasting:* Conduct field survey, prepare field notes, Telephone
Demand Forecast for an exchange area.

 

2.                     Fundamental* Prepare the Fundamental Design network of a wire
Planning:center, manhole and conduit systems, primary and
secondary network planning, cable and duct sizing,
and project cost estimates.

 

3.                     Detailed Planning:* Prepare Fiber Optic cable design for Underground,
Aerial and Buried Feeder and distribution networks for 

                                                       Fiber to the Hub (FTTH), Fiber to the Premise (FTTP)

                                                       Fiber to the Node (FTTN) and Fiber to the Cell Sites

                                                       (FTTCS) projects. Prepare Fiber Cable design for MDU,

                                                        MTU, SFU and SBUs. Also, TLS, DS3 and DOR jobs.
          * Perform F2 conditioning, Cut-over, and BAU jobs.
            * Study and create CAFAC to rehabilitate existing
            Outside Plant network. Prepare design in manual and

                                                             AutoCAD drawings. Prepare conduit layout for VRAD.

 

4.                     Project Construction* Supervise the implementation of outside plant
and Implementation:projects in civil works, manhole and conduit
installation, pole erection, installation of primary and
secondary aerial cables, and building entrance cables.
* Prepare as-built drawings and bill of quantities
* Conduct final field inspection, verify manholes,

                                                      handholes and project acceptance.

5.                     Administration:* Supervise and manage a team of experienced
engineers to provide clients with quality Outside Plant
Engineering design.
* Conduct feasibility studies and planning on Telecom
expansion and rehabilitation programs.
* Prepare ROW documentation and permit drawings.
* Coordinate and attend meetings with clients,
contractors, and other government agencies.
