Responsible for construction management of the AT&T Wireless projects in the Dallas market ( i.e. Make-ready Site walks, GPS & LMU Antenna installations, Coax installations, Equipment installation - WLS, DSU, PDU units.) other duties also included the make-ready walk downs of the AT&T Cellular sites to acquired pertinent information for the upcoming projects, such as, the identification of existing Telco equipment, power supply units, breaker availability, and future power. My management duties were as follows, to reviewed and approved all engineering and construction designs, the preparation of RFP’s, project assignment, the tracking of permits, budget, timelines, and material acquisition. To ensure that open communication was maintained between client, property owners, property management, and OSP construction contractors in order to insure timely completion of site construction. Supervise the contractors, insuring quality and timely installations of the proposed technology and also insuring that all Bechtel and AT&T safety and construction procedures were met. To reviewed and approved all time sheets, vendor invoicing, final turnover packages submitted by the contractor. To verify that all required deliverables were submitted by general contractor on time and documentation was complete. To reviewed and approved all construction photos, sweep test, as-built drawings, and oversaw the final site inspections and site completion documentation.
