● Update documentation and maintain accurate inventory of all equipment.
● Maintain up-to-date communication of delivery ETA to Service Providers, Vendors
and Customers
● OTDR, Fusion Splicing, VFL, Light Meter, Multimeter and support (via JDSU, Owl,
Sumitomo, & Fitel equipment) of Rectifiers/UPS and Optical Equipment (both Outside
Plant & Data Center)
● Equipment spec for fiber, drops, splice cases, switches, and CPE ONT’s.
● Hub maintenance, diagnosis, and installation including Power Rectifiers, UPS,
Generator, Router and Switch installs.
● Source new vendors for materials/equipment regularly.
● Respond and work with NOC for alarms, outages, and Level 2 troubleshooting.
