the Mass Broadband 123 Federal and State funded telecommunication project was
to bring broadband internet access to rural communities. The project started
in the scope and design phase through to the final inspections before
releasing to our client. The project consisted of 1200 miles of aerial and
underground fiber optic cable placement which would serve over 1000 emergency
operations, educational facilities, and other community anchor institutions

and redirect contractors in order to effectively
meet project deliverables, deadlines, and to stay within budgetary
limits · Supervise
and provide direction to contractors performing aerial and underground
construction · Holding
crews accountable to fully executing tasks according to the scope and
standards of the project · Weekly
construction schedule including, contractor work locations and assigning
inspectors to each location · Inspector

clerks in police detail ordering and tracking · Verifying
proper scheduling, police detail ordering, and tracking through email and
