Supervised a team of lineman, cable splicers and a contract labor force in the construction of outside plant. Included aerial and underground line placement, splicing, cable locations and air pressure for both copper and fiber applications. Handled emergency call out for pole damage. Conducted state wide quality reviews for the District Manager area. Worked with state and local government to resolve permit issues and right of way concerns. Managed all fiber optic splicing for build outs and service outages.
