staged and Implemented Sprint’s nationwide HDLC to MLPPP conversion project. ·

developed and implemented a database solution that resolved configuration
integrity issues within Sprint’s routed EvDO platform. With the
creation of this systematic database, deployment efforts associated with this
project ultimately led to a reduction in rework and configuration
inconsistencies and ultimately a reduction of necessary engineering resources

network impacting events to successful resolution. Supervised as many
as 25 Network Technicians spanning multiple shifts who performed surveillance
activities and remote maintenance on Sprint’s local voice switching and VOIP

Lucent 5E, as well various other pair-gain devices. Responsible for the
submission of all network events meeting specified criteria to the FCC.

training criteria and standards utilized by the training department for
onboarding/acclimating entry level technicians into the NOC environment. ·

QC (Quality Control) program which enabled all levels of management to

formed engineering department performing CTT (Call-Through-Testing) and
