to be placed on the HUD. Submit HUD for seller’s approval. I order HOA
closing documents from various Condo Associations or Management companies. I
fund closings make sure wire confirmation and buyer signed documents are sent
to seller. Once property has closed, I close the file in our Perfect Practice
