Grant Warehouse is the Elsevier’s grants repository which is a robust
scalable professional workflow system which supports receipt from multiple
suppliers (through different modes of receipt like FTP, SFTP), automated data
validation, versioning, data enrichment through third party interface and
enriched data delivery to more than one customer. This application leverages
Oracle 11g’s XML feature for storing supplier xmls. The application comprises
of two components. Batch and Web application. Batch application takes care of
data receipt, enrichment and delivery process whereas the web application
complements the batch processes by providing UI components to view / search
batches received, xmls received and delivered. Responsibilities: · Gather the requirements
from Clients, detailed design (Framework & Application design),
