Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are located in the U.S., as well as the international resorts such as Disneyland Paris. Package Merge Agent (PMA) aggregates package data from multiple sources and serves as a central repository for package information. Pricing is a custom solution that accepts messages from booking clients and provides product price for requested packages or component. Packager creates packages and publishes to all downstream systems, which all systems require packages to book reservations.

 

Disney Direct Connect interface provides near real-time connectivity to Disney resort room

availability as well as resort room, room + theme park ticket, and room + add-on component booking, modification, and cancellation transactions. External Channel Manager (ECM) is a middleware solution that allows External Channels (Wholesalers/Travel Agencies) to get product/inventory availability/Room Availability, Room Cancel, payment and resort room bookings.
