· Remotely on as needed/part-time basis, assisting this client with converting their existing ETL
processing of spacial advertising data to leverage TALEND Open Studio. Technical exposure also
includes SQL Server Management Studio, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS and visual Studio

ETL Data Engineer Consultant at Telvent/DTN in St. Louis, MO
· Developed ETL and other spacial data integration processes leveraging TALEND Open Studio in a
MySQL DB environment. Technical exposure included: Oauth2, .NET, Birst Dashboards, web based
geospatial content, JSON, Hadoop, GeoJSON and JIRA with Confluence
· Collaborated and worked closely with directors and management to design, development ETL

· Acted as RGA's primary DB2 expert serving both domestic and remote clients with all aspects of DB2
systems and application support.
· During my tenure I upgraded the client from RDBMS from DB2 UDB LWU version 7 through DB2
UDB LWU version 9.8 in a AIX P-SERIES environment.
· Was available on-call 24/7 for after hour technical support needs and worked with remote overseas
clients and technical staff to quickly resolve all critical DB2 issues.

software upgrades for all of Purina's Manufacturing plants in US and Canada. Technical exposure

· Managed a technical team of 5 members (1 DBA and 2 SQL developers and 2 web/.NET developers) to
support the development of video communication systems used for advertising in a small start-up
environment. My responsibilities also included all phases of DB2 system and application support, while
supporting multiple DB2 DPF databases used for data replication.

Senior DB2 DB2 Consultant at United Healthcare in Maryland Heights, MO
· Supported multiple environments: (8) partition, (4) node DB2 Data Warehouse on AIX version 5.3,
working closely with Web-sphere 6.1 in a Unix & Mainframe environment.
· Responsibilities included all phases of DB2 DBA support including. DB2 9.5 upgrades, upgraded Tivoli
Storage Manager from v5.2 to v5.4, creating load scripts and worked closely with the ETL team while
decommissioning obsolete DB2 Servers. Technical exposure included implementing MDC and
summary tables and configuring the use of cube views.

· Working to support the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (DHS CMS), my responsibilities included all phases of DB2 system and application support
including the managing the recover-ability of UNIX and Solaris mid-tier DB2 databases in a Windows,
UNIX, and Mainframe environment; mid-range systems.

High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR) options.
