§         Gathered hosting, backup, recovery and failover systems requirements. 

§         Customized code and flow of application processes.  Modified the application logic (PHP) in certain instances to accommodate particular security needs.  Built custom procedures for MySql to handle record expiration and automated messages to the application.

§         Rolled out to 25 users, with 20 of 25 (80%) users adopting the application.  The rest were given additional personal training bringing the total of 23 users with two failing to company attrition.

§         Compliance- HIPAA solution making use of secure hosting environment, ssl, and limited access to the database, application security and disabled exports.

§         Solution required meeting with key Managers and Agents to determine requirements, customize and build to the requirements and setup the hosting provider.

·         Design- Data Mart models (star schemas, allocation methods, ETL design etc.), and the Business Objects v 6.x Universe and Reports. On this project I designed the overall Informatica jobs and data streams.
