I offer
a rich blend of technical expertise and project management experience,
having a keen interest in data quality, data management and Big Data. In my
present role, I am responsible for research, development, testing and
deployment of integral components of the organization's data governance
framework, projects related to Entity Resolution and Identity
Management System. The function is to lead and work with a team of
developers through the complete project life cycle and provide strong
technical and execution support.

process millions of records and match references that represent the same
real world entity.

and develop the Arkansas Longitudinal Data System [ALDS], an Entity
Resolution system that enables data matching and secure data
de-identification.

review and research on the application of Entity Resolution and Identity
Management to student and teacher data for all schools in the state of
Arkansas.

integrate an open source Entity Resolution Engine [OYSTER] in the
organization’s system to allow employees to be able to perform entity
resolution on various student data and improve data quality significantly.
This project also improved the accuracy of reports that affect the
graduation rate and funding to schools in Arkansas and led to the development
of various dashboards and scorecards to support constant monitoring.

Successful
deployment of an Automated Error Management and Statistical Analysis
system that monitor’s the organization’s data for changes overnight during
nightly batch processes, reports errors and provides statistics on changes
in data and errors over a period of time.

project is to implement the concept of distributed computing while using

crawlers to process the evolution and current state of research in any
particular field. This tool collects web data from search engines like
IEEE, MAS, Google Scholars, ACM, analyzes the collected data as per the set
validators and visualizes the history and evolution of the field.

Based on collected web scientific journal data using python scripts,
constructs interactive Author Network to show collaborations and research
groups throughout the world.
