Description
|
Daily commission
reports were created of the orders that were assisted or unassisted by
associates from store kiosks on sears.com/kmart.com.
Commission
reports would help in the commission systems to pay off the associate
commission if the order was assisted by an associate.
The store was
also paid commission in cases of unassisted orders placed in on store
kiosks.
Commission
Reports were also created which were loaded into Portals that could be
accessed at the store level by associates. This helped the associates to
get an idea on the orders they assisted and which of them are eligible for
commission.
Marketing Reports were created in terms of thanking the customers
for the orders placed and asking them to write a review for the product.
