·            Global Director: Reporting into the Global CIO as Head of Master Data Management Services, Corporate Reference Data, and Application Portfolio Leader for the 3 business units operating out 120 countries in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resource solutions and outsourcing services.

·            Manage the IT Capex/Opex budget

·            Manage the supplier and vendor contracts.

·            Manage all MDM programs and acquisition’s

·            Serve on the IT Board for Data Governance and Programs

·            Generated buy-in from C-Level Executive Board for the seed funding to conduct a tool evaluation for the selection of the MDM platform

·            Head of Global Business Analytics\Business Intelligence: Managed the Business Analytics\Business Intelligence (BA\BI) department supporting the Sales, Marketing Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Capital, and Warranty, etc. processes in 170 countries.

·            Manage the ICT Capex/Opex budget for the BA team and BI initiatives.

·            Serve as overall Data Warehouse Architect.

·            Managed the Data Warehouse support center and 8 analysts.

·         Created and developed a strategy document to propose a Data Warehouse project to Chief Officers.
