Solution Architect on Suncor SAP MDG project team I developed the functional,

Location and BOM) MDG objects. I worked with the business and architecture groups
to position MDG in the Suncor environment. Work products produced during this
effort included Complex Configuration Documents, Workflow Design Documents
and Enhancement Design Documents for all four objects. Objects designed to be
implemented in SAP ECC v7.0. I led a team of developers to to build, test and
implement Equipment, FLOC and BOM as part of a newly devloped SAP Solition

Pfizer Inc. – Provided MDM lead
services to Pfizer in support of the world wide implementation of Oracle
ERP/DW. This includes the world wide implementation of MDM utilizing the
Siperian and SAP MDM. My responsibilities included development of MDM data governance
organization, procedures and methods. Developed Product data model to support
the implementation including MDM process identification to create, maintain
and share data across the Pfizer organization. I was also asked to assist in
management of data cleansing/migration efforts to support the program. IBM
Inc. – Provided MDM lead services to IBM in support of the world wide
implementation of SAP. This includes the world wide implementation of MDM in
support of customer, supplier, business partners, product, finance and
contracts. The net effect of this implementation will be the reduction of
100,000 in staff. This will save IBM approximately three billion dollars in
expense per year. The technologies involved in this engagement include
WebSphere Customer Center (WCC Version 7.4), WebSphere Product Center (WPC),
SAP Workflow Manager (used for Finance data domain) and other internal MDM
solutions. Gargill Inc. – Provided solution architecture services to
Cargill Inc. in support of Information Model implementation. The information
model will be used to support a $1 to $2 billion dollar SAP ECC 6.0
implementation. This included identification of early realization of “Spend
Analysis” utilizing an analytical solution which leverages SAP MDM V5.4 and
SAP BI. Data Integration and Conversion utilized Informatica. This solution
will provide a $ 1 Billion cost savings to Cargill over the next five years.
Caterpillar Inc. – Provided solution architecture services to
Caterpillar Inc. in support of Mach 1 implementation. This included use of an
SOA based integration hub which synchronized and managed interfaces and
conversions to support MDM solutions. The technologies involved in this
engagement include SAP MDM, WCC (Version 7.2), WPC, and other internal MDM
solutions. |

clarification and supporting approach to the design and development of a Data
Warehouse to be used to evaluate tax compliance and audit target
identification. A large number of sourcing systems will be used to populate
Data Warehouse. The Data Warehouse has extensive integration and reporting
requirements between the Department and other Departments in and outside the
State of South Dakota. South Dakota Department of Transportation –
Provided South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) and Bureau of
Information and Telecommunication (BIT) with Program Management and
architectural guidance on a variety of projects. I identified business
requirements by using a combination of existing methodologies and RUP
methods. Conducted business re-engineering efforts using techniques such as
value/non value added process analysis, swim lane analysis to identify
organizational weaknesses, etc. I performed data modeling activities in
support of business requirements. I also was selected to manage the C2C
Project one of the largest if not the largest project undertaken by SDDOT.
§ Planned and designed ODS to support C2C Program. This included
the incorporation of COTS software with custom developed software operating
on the ODS database platform. Reviewed OLAP requirements and provided
design/development solutions to meet business requirements. § Managed
a staff of BIT and consultants in the development and acquisition of software
to support a variety of business functions at the Department of
Transportation. Old Kent Mortgage Company - Developed data model and
schema in Erwin data modeling tool for "Enterprise" Operational
Data Store (ODS). ODS was implemented on SQL Server 7.1/7.2 prior to
application implementation based on design requirements and prototyped into
production. I developed OLAP base designs for implementation team.

Warehouse (AG Q&B DW), Producer Warehouse and Pricing Data Mart. Worked
with enterprise architects to develop ETL, data and presentation layers
appropriate for each project. Technologies involved in each project included
ETL Layer (Informatica), Data Layer (Logical/Erwin & Physical/Teradata)
and Presentation Layer (Micro Strategy and Hyperion).
Department of Defense – Provided Program Management and MDM architectural
guidance (SAP ECC 5.0) in support of MDM/Data Warehouse Architecture
services to DOD. MDM, Data Warehouse and supporting Dimensional Marts are to
be used by a application which will the largest application of its type in
the world. Architecture driven from business requirements which included a
combination of complex sourcing applications which used very large volumes of
data in a large matrixed reporting structure demanding quick access. The
project is considered “secret” and therefore details must be limited.
