this position, which was a short-term contract, I was hired to build a
national recruitment program for the MediaWorks group. I have hired a team of
recruiters, acquired an ATS system, and helped to integrate three recent

for all staffing functions which included, training, college recruiting, and
all company staffing with a workload that averaged 15-30 requisitions. The
positions ranged from Software Engineers (Java, QA, Build and Release),
Product Management/Marketing, Sales, Graphic Design, Business Analysts,
Technical Support, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering and Finance/HR. February
2006 - December 2008 This
is a $650M Software Company with 26 offices globally. I was hired as a Senior
Corporate Staffing Consultant/Manager for this global Company. My duties were
to implement new Staffing Plans, Job Fairs/College Recruiting Programs, and
open new sourcing opportunities while maintaining 40-50 open requisitions.
Staffing responsibilities were in Software, Hardware, IT, Tech Support,
Networking, Finance and HR. I am responsible for hundreds of new hires;
roughly 90% of all staffing was achieved without using outside vendors
(Agencies). I recruit for our Corporate Headquarters in Foster City,
California and branch offices in Minnesota, New Hampshire, Pittsburgh,
Arizona, Atlanta and various offices in Europe(UK, Holland, Germany, Belgium,
Sweden , France and Italy) , Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Australia)
