Role Description
Manage
enterprise web development, maintenance and production support web projects
in a Matrix organization. Handle multiple projects up to $3M in IT
services. Develop, plan and implement projects and
initiatives to enhance over all web experience. Track project action items,
issues, deliverables between customers, engineering teams and content
teams. Manage and develop relationships between vendors and clients.
Facilitate business team requirements gathering, prioritization,

Manage production support and technical development teams at onsite
and offshore.
Perform project and minor enhancement assessments; Prepare SOW’s,

Perform code development, review, commits and deployment to
QA/UAT/PROD environments.
Plan and implement monthly project builds and track production
support issues and reports.
Conduct leadership, prioritization, and task assignment to support
and development teams.
Mentor the development and production support teams on application
issues resolutions, best practices aiming for continuous
improvements.
Conduct daily team stand up meetings, resolve outstanding technical
issues and provide design , architectural guidance to the projects.
Responsible for timely delivery of projects, enhancements and
24/7 support production support with 99.99% SLA.
