Project Web Application Performance Tuning of S.I.S solution
Description
This web-based and or client–server based system was be developed to facilitate the student admission
& registration department to register the students. However, the application has some performance
issue at the time of pick load of the student’s registration. This project is to find out the
bottlenecks in at J2EE sectors. As a general S.I.S. is a complete user-friendly application with easy to
use features with on-line help facility and user friendly messages, SMSs and emails. Common facilities
and features are provided in all the data entry modules to achieve uniformity and ease of usage for
general users. All transaction screens are divided into the Intro screen and Detail screen. The intro
screen has mandatory filters, optional filters & the Grid the data is displayed based on the filter applied.

Fixed Income Renovation
The purpose of the project is to assist Morgan Stanley in the implementation of LatentZero’s Capstone
front- office suite of applications for MSIM’s Global Fixed Income trading business. This will help
streamline their business processes, produce efficiency and cost savings in long term. Capstone is an
integrated front office suite of products covering portfolio management, order and execution
management and compliance management. With support for equities, fixed income, money markets and
FX, it’s the first truly multi-asset solution for the buy-side. Minerva OEMS is the first buy-side
solution to provide comprehensive order management (OMS) and execution management (EMS) for all
asset classes and markets in a single system.
BOD Validation
Each MSIM Trading desk will load positions into LZ daily. After the position load for Trading desk
has completed, Autosys will trigger the execution of this Validation application. Codebase used to
develop the MSIMFI Validation application for Money Market and Fixed Income trading desks .
Exchange rate Feed
One code base used to develop the MSIM FI-Exchange rate feed application. Data Link api will be used
to fetch the exchange rate from GSD (Global Security Database). HDOM and MSXML is
used for xml processing, Toolsdb used for database interaction and MSRule is used to maintain
rules for database activities.
