CEO & Sole Owner of this TV Marketing Company selling a wide variety of products on National TV using over 100 Famous Celebrities I hired & directed.

My company was 50/50 partners in hundreds of companies with BILLIONAIRE David Geller of David Geller & Associates, Inc., NYC. New York. David Geller was famous in the mail order business because he and I literally controlled the print mail order business in America. David owned the remnant space (i.e., unsold ad space) in 13,000 newspapers and magazines on 99-year contracts dating from the 1940s. David Geller’s cost on a full-page ad in the N.Y. Times was $6. If you bought a full page directly from the N.Y. Times it would $250,000 and you could never make a profit from a direct response at this price, but if you paid David Geller 50% of what your ad grossed, then you would be guaranteed a profit. I worked with all the ad agencies in New York City taking their direct response ads that they had to use David Geller to place—otherwise these ads would never make a profit—and I re-worked the layouts and ad copy using my background in Cognitive Psychology so that ads would pull as much as 10 times more money and I have applied this knowledge and experience in laying out thousands of full-page ads to my work in website design.

·                Started programming in 1984 writing SQL queries in Assembler Code.  I created and invented DATA MINING. I wrote and own StationBreak the world’s leading media buying software and software used for Data Mining. I wrote all the software to run my $500 MILLION a year TV marketing company. Pioneer in Data Mining using Consumer Pattern Recognition, Predictive Statistics, and Consumer Behavior Studies & Census Data to develop SQL algorithms to segment markets into Niches to make decisions on what additional products customers would buy that created revenues of 10 times sales.

·                Quicken Founder/CEO, Scott Cook, asked me to help develop & promote Quicken. I got my friend, actor, Bill Bixby, to host an infomercial I wrote and OWN---repeat I was the sole owner of this show—got it? I wrote 70 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS in C++ and bundled them with an Apple IIE computer and I gave away Quicken as a bonus—Scott Cook gave me Quicken for FREE and PAID me to help launch Quicken. It was the most successful infomercial ever produced in the history of infomercials, pulling over $76 in sales for every $1 of TV time per day.

·                Designed and built inbound and owned and wrote all the software for outbound 800 telemarketing operations in Utah, California, and Nevada.  Sued AT&T for not reporting call blockage and collected $5 million settlement. Got federal legislation enacted to force AT&T and all phone companies to supply a “Call Blockage Report.”  Orders tripled, and income over $5 million a month for EACH infomercial.

·                Installed Dialogic Boards to automate 800 order processing that increased sales by $20 million.

·                Convinced chains like Kmart, Walmart, GNC, etc. to purchase our products for cash up front before delivery with a no return policy because infomercial time is so effective in driving sales.

·                Cognitive Psychology & Graphics in Website Design. As a medical student at Mount Sinai Medical School I studied Cognitive Psychology and did post graduate work under Dr. Ken Nealson at Scripps Institution of Oceanography in Statistical Models, Analysis, Applied Math, and Statistical Hypothesis Testing for Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology that examines how sensory input is transformed into beliefs and actions through the process of cognition. Formed a partnership with the famous David Geller who owned the remnant space, i.e., unsold ad space, in 13,000 newspapers and magazines. David’s cost for a full-page in the N.Y. Times was $6. David and I would take 50% of what your ad grossed, and you would be guaranteed a profit. I worked with all the ad agencies in New York City taking their Direct Response Ads and re-Designing layouts and ad copy using my background in Cognitive Psychology so these ads would pull up to 20 times more sales. I apply my knowledge and experience in Cognitive Psychology to my work in website design.

·                Pioneered in 1984 the use of Famous Celebrities in Infomercials to market a wide variety of medical and nutritional products from diets to impotency. Personally negotiated with and hired over 100 Famous Celebrities and cut out their agents.

·                Successfully developed deals with governments of Dominican Republic, Mexico & Latin America to market my products. My wife’s uncle was Joaquin Balaguer, President of the Dominican Republic which allowed us to socialize with leaders and wealthiest families in Latin America & Mexico. Developed close friendships with Gustavo Cisneros in Latin America and Emilio Azcárraga, CEO of Grupo Televisa in Mexico.
