$5 million / year at one university. Decreased operational costs by integrating ECM

(Documentum) and the shopping cart (KonaKart) with the product catalog.

  · Conducted focus groups with team members from Alpha sites to refine requirements

for the final solution.

  · Developed a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) Warfare Detection system for the

Swedish Military’s new reconnaissance vehicle. Alerts are securely communicated

to command and control for further processing.

  · Architected and developed a Medical Surveillance system for the US Military to be

deployed in Korea to detect and map biological attacks.

  · Architected and lead development of an Incident Management system for the US

Military. The system allows operators to implement NBC attack checklists.

  · Designed and implemented a web-based reporting system for the US Military to

translate Hazmat reports into NBC attack reports.

  · Architected and lead development of a weather sensor display system. This system

included dynamic portlet-like components that could be dragged and dropped onto

custom, scriptable graphical pages.

  · Architect and lead developer for the server piece of the display system. This real-time

server gathered weather data from many sensors and performed real-time operations

and reporting for operators.

  · Lead developer and architect of an online weather display system for the State of

Tennessee. The system used telephony to dial into remote sites to gather weather

data to be displayed on the Tennessee web site.

  · Architected and developed a telephony system to allow citizens to dial into a weather

station and listen to current weather conditions. The system even allowed technicians

to dial in with a modem to manage the system.

  · Architected and developed TIVA, an online volleyball registration system. This system

allows users to set up and register for tournaments and events. It is used by USA

Volleyball and other organizations.

  · Created a web-enable tournament manager that displays results in real-time at the

  · Developed a collaborative educational planning tool for lesson plans.

  · Lead development of an online application entry system for PNC Bank’s HR

department.
