Bernie Silver, and I created DynaFlite Golf Balls which in our first year captured 95% of the Golf Ball Business in America. I open and personally ran each of 200 stores selling odd lot sporting goods around the country advertised in our DynaFlyte ads.

·               The Mood Ring.  The mood ring was created in 1975 by Josh Reynolds who went to Skip Weingeroff, the largest custom jewelry retailer at that time, to market his invention. Skip called me up and asked me if I could get around Josh’s patent---the patent was based on bonding or sealing the Bezel (stone) to the heat sensitive paper. I explained that if we don’t seal the bezel we are not in violation of the paten. A few days later Skip learned that just before I had told him how to beat the patent, David Geller and I had bought ALL of the heat sensitive paper from 3M so Skip was forced to do business with me and David Geller. We sold $600 MILLION of cheap mood rings in the next 6 months because I beat the patent filed by Josh.

·               MySpace.com. Director of Software Development & Director of Digital Marketing
Worked directly with Tom Anderson & Aber Whitcomb to build MySpace. Setup SEO, Web Analytics and Reporting, and Email Marketing. I designed their web farm, personally installed their blade servers & wrote the C++ load leveling ISAPI DLLs.

·               Microsoft.  Director of Live-Search Development. Wrote Microsoft’s C++ Live Search Club Toolbar. Also built Front End and Back End of Microsoft’s Live Search Club Website and did the Digital Marketing & SEO for that site & other sites.

·               Educate America Today. The Show I created and own that Launched Quicken. Founder/CEO of Quicken (Intuit), Scott Cook, asked me to help launch Quicken by putting him and his product called Quicken on my Educate America Today infomercial starring Bill Bixby. My old friend, the late actor, Bill Bixby, and I created an infomercial selling 70 Educational Games I wrote. I put Scott Cook on my infomercial and gave away Quicken as a free bonus. My infomercial launched Quicken and was the most successful infomercial in history—pulling $76 for every $1 of TV time, that show grossed for me personally $486 MILLION the first year.

·               Potent-8™ and Captivate-8™ Pheromone Perfumes.  Developed the first Pheromone Perfumes ever marketed that sold over $40 million the first year.

·               Youth Extension™ with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw™.  Wrote, produced, directed and OWN this infomercial with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw selling youth products.

·               Franklin Templeton.  Project Lead.  Wrote Franklin Templeton’s Trading Software. Worked directly with traders to get their input on features they wanted. Setup Corticon Rules Engine for Allocation Algorithms and re-wrote their Chinese Walls.

·               Verbal Judo™.  Wrote & produced "Verbal Judo” Infomercial that became the most successful management course in the world. Personally convinced Joy Pincus, Los Angeles City Councilwoman, into getting the entire City Council of Los Angeles to mandate that every police officer must be trained in Verbal Judo. Today, every police officer in California is required to take Verbal Judo, and it is used today to train over 5,000 Police Departments, F.B.I., Secret Service, and Homeland Security in interrogation techniques & hostage negotiation.  I trained Secret Service, F.B.I., Homeland Security Scotland Yard, & military interrogators in Guantanamo Bay.

·               Starch Blocker™. This diet grossed over $600 MILLION in the FIRST 6 MONTHS. I invented this lipase enzyme inhibitor diet. I wrote all print ads for this diet. Billionaire David Geller and I were 50/50 partners.

·               Y-Bron™.   I used my medical school education, and found a way to legally sell impotency drugs without a prescription.  My first impotency show that I wrote, produced, directed, and OWN grossed $202 million and sold a drug “Y-Bron” that I created.  The show was hosted by Lyle Waggoner from the Carol Burnett Show.

·               Oncor™.  This my second infomercial that I wrote, produced, directed, and OWN that grossed $227 million and the show was hosted by Chad Everrett, former host of Medical Center which was the longest running medical series on television.  I broke new ground with these shows in linking retail marketing with TV promotion.

·               Game Marketing. I produced and OWN a half hour TV infomercial for Entropia Universe game that currently does $2 BILLION a year in sales. I wrote, produced, directed, & was cameraman for this game infomercial. I bought all of the TV time for this show that got over 1,000 downloads for every $1 of TV time I bought.

·               Over 100 Famous Celebrity Infomercials. Wrote, produced, directed and OWN over 100 Famous Celebrity Infomercials selling products I invented. I am an experienced negotiator in resolving conflicts with union crews & celebrities. Personally negotiated with over 600 celebrities—not their agents—and cut out their agents.

·               Pepsi-Cola’s Play for a Billion Contest. Director of Security & Digital Marketing.
Setup SEO and Customer Relationship Management, Web Analytics. As Security Director I reviewed SQL & C++ game code, statistical calculations & sever security.

·               Tiana Fashions.  In the late 1970s to the early 1980s my wife and I created Tiana Fashions in New York City and within 2 years we had sales of over $40 million a year selling our Tiana Handbags and fashion accessories.  My wife and I were responsible for creating seasonal changes in handbags. And I am a pattern maker.
I can measure a man, create and cut a pattern for a man’s suit and sew it by hand in under 3 hours. My shop in the middle of Manhattan had 200 sewing machine operators and I was NEVER unionized. Nobody messes with my businesses as the Teamsters learned the hard way.

·               Plenum Publishing, Inc., NY.  Editor-in-Chief of Russian Journals Division. Supervised all European translators of Russian scientific journals. Traveled to Russia monthly to meet with scientists to go over articles for proper translation. Negotiated with Russian government on behalf of U.S. interests to help Russian scientists defect.

·               Expert in Developing New Corporations.  Expert in driving a cross-functional teams (Direct Marketing, Business Management, Sales and Service, Operations and Fulfillment, Web Commerce Group, etc.) to leverage infrastructure to successfully execute end-to-end implementation of retail marketing strategies. In plain English---I have launched with my own money over 20 corporations that I owned either 50% or 100% of that in their first year grossed from $100 million to $500 million in sales.

·               Successfully developed deals with governments of Dominican Republic, Mexico & Latin America to market my products. My wife’s uncle was Joaquin Balaguer, President of the Dominican Republic which allowed us to socialize with presidents, military leaders, and wealthiest families in Latin America & Mexico. Developed close friendships with Gustavo Cisneros in Latin America and Emilio Azcárraga, CEO of Grupo Televisa in Mexico.

·               Legal Expert on Mail Order Law & F.T.C. Regulations. I invented the “Written Legal Opinion Letter” and “Legal Documentation Book” used in direct response advertising today to SUCCESSFULLY BLOCK the State Attorney Generals and Federal Trade Commission from interfering with direct response advertising.  I met the BILLIONAIRE David Geller and we became partners. The famous David Geller owned the remnant space, i.e., unsold ad space, in 13,000 newspapers and magazines. David’s cost for a full-page in the N.Y. Times was $6. David and I would take 50% of what your ad grossed, and you would be guaranteed a profit. I worked with all the old timers in mail order and the ad agencies in New York City taking their Direct Response Ads and making them LEGAL and blocking the F.T.C. & attorney generals from interfering with them. David and I were equal partners in a diet I created called Starch Blockers that did $600 MILLION in 6 months. David and I ran everything from the Ginsu Knife to the Mood Ring to TV ads like K-Tel records etc. David and I controlled print mail order in America in that if you wanted to make a profit you had to do business with us.

·               Cognitive Psychology & Website Design. As a medical student at Mount Sinai Medical School I studied Cognitive Psychology and did post graduate work under Dr. Ken Nealson at Scripps Institution of Oceanography in Statistical Models, Analysis, Applied Math, and Statistical Hypothesis Testing for Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology that examines how sensory input is transformed into beliefs and actions through the process of cognition. Formed a partnership with the famous David Geller who owned the remnant space, i.e., unsold ad space, in 13,000 newspapers and magazines. David’s cost for a full-page in the N.Y. Times was $6. David and I would take 50% of what your ad grossed, and you would be guaranteed a profit. I worked with all the ad agencies in New York City re-writing their Direct Response Ads using Cognitive Psychology so these ads would pull up to 20 times more sales. 

·               Famous Copywriter & Pioneer in Data Mining. I wrote thousands of full-page ads & hundreds of TV ads for my products that grossed billions. In addition, my websites for Microsoft, MySpace.com and affiliate marketing companies have been some of the most profitable in the history of the Internet. As a medical student at Mount Sinai Medical School I studied Cognitive Psychology and did post graduate work under Dr. Ken Nealson at Scripps Institution of Oceanography in Statistical Models, Analysis, and Statistical Hypothesis Testing for Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology that examines how sensory input is transformed into beliefs and actions through the process of cognition. WPF Windows 7 Touch Screen CRM Kiosk. Supervisors: Ross Paisant and Melody Miller.  Wrote this slick-looking WPF Kiosk using MVVM pattern. Wrote WCF web service to synchronize data using Microsoft Sync Framework. This Kiosk was placed in over 9,000 locations and the Kiosk collected and stored thousands of rental reports per week. I wrote and designed all the backend Business Intelligence (BI) Model including all SQL, T-SQL, Triggers, Procedures, Cubes, OLTP, OLAP, and analysis. Also wrote custom WPF printing control and installer using NSIS wrapper.

This company sold stock analysis software I wrote that ran entirely in Web Browsers without any Active Controls. Their clients, mostly stock brokers, were in companies which prevented installing desktop apps or ActiveX controls. Wrote high speed C++ Servers for doing stock indicators processing in memory and wrote extended Stored Procedures in C++ & assembler code for Bollinger Bands & 60 other financial indicators. Wrote WebSocket Server that defaults to COMET AJAX if browser is not web socket enabled to pushes stock alerts data to 100,000 browsers using a Memory Efficient Thread-Safe Pipe Stream to a virtualized JQuery Grid.  I wrote to display 100,000 rows of stock data PER SECOND in a web page. Wrote Black Boxes for stock brokers that used my own system of Data Modeling that used Bayesian Regularization with a Dirichlet over model parameters to determine learned model structures in my Black Boxes. Wrote custom scripting language using R-Language for stock brokers to create their own custom indicators. Wrote Silverlight 4 WCF & RIA & MEF, Prism that is Stock Market Data Server with Subscribe Implementation.  Reason for Leaving: Company was struggling financially and shutdown all future development—the economy hit them hard.

This company, Designed and developed Large Scale, Multi-Tiered Web Sites for the U.S. military with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrating widely disparate apps in a Web-based environment across multiple platforms to meet rigid requirements. These were mostly LAMP based websites where I designed the site architecture and infrastructure, backend PHP, MySQL, Apache, Linux etc. (i.e. LAMP), front end with CSS and HTML/XHTML One site involved tracking of military satellites. Designed and developed Multi-Tiered Secured Web Sites for Police Departments & Military Surveillance Vehicles that used Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to access backend server apps with high security. They had billions of customer data records stored across multiple Progress Databases. I was hired to design and build a new SQL Database Architecture and to transfer billions of records of data from Progress into SQL Servers. I designed all the new tables, and Extracted, transformed, cleansed, and loaded (ETL) Stock Analysis data from their legacy Progress system, including all SQL, T-SQL, Triggers, Procedures, Cubes, OLTP, and OLAP.  They had a large collection of Web Based Apps from various vendors that I integrated into a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).  Wrote Franklin Templeton’s Trading Blotter in C# used for trading. Setup SOX-Compliant Financial reporting. Setup Corticon Rules Engine for Allocation Algorithms and re-wrote their Chinese Walls.

•    I personally created over 20 companies that EACH grossed $100 million to $500 million. 

•    Designed and built inbound and owned and wrote all the software for outbound 800 telemarketing operations in Utah, California, and Nevada.  Sued AT&T for not reporting call blockage and collected $5 million settlement. Got federal legislation enacted to force AT&T and phone companies to supply a “Call Blockage Report.” 

•    Negotiations.  Successfully negotiated with CEO and CFO of Paramount Pictures to get rights to represent the number one syndicated TV series at that time, StarTrek.  Negotiated with executives of NBC Network in 1991 to get NBC Satellite at to air my shows at NO COST to me by agreeing to buy less infomercial time on NBC. 

•    Purchased a Bank that I personally ran. Expanded banking operations for Tax Lien Certificates from Michigan that are rated safe as T-Bills, they pay 50% interest per annum and this increased our net profit by over 37%.

•    Convinced chains like Kmart, Walmart, GNC, etc. to purchase our products for cash up front before delivery with a no return policy because infomercial time is so effective.

•    Successfully developed deals with the governments of the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Latin American countries. My wife’s uncle was Joaquin Balaguer, President of the Dominican Republic which gave me access to leaders and wealthy families in Latin America & Mexico. Developed friendships with Gustavo Cisneros in Latin America and with Emilio Azcárraga, CEO of Grupo Televisa in Mexico.

•    Educate America Today. The Show That Launched Quicken. Founder/CEO of Quicken (Intuit), Scott Cook, asked me to help launch Quicken by putting him and his product called Quicken on my Educate America Today infomercial starring Bill Bixby. My old friend, the late actor, Bill Bixby, and I created an infomercial selling 70 Educational Games I wrote. We put Scott Cook on my infomercial and gave away Quicken as a free bonus. My infomercial launched Quicken and was the most successful infomercial in history—pulling $76 for every $1 of TV time, that show grossed $486 MILLION the first year.

•    Green Glow Necklaces™.  I invented those famous “Green Glow Necklaces” when I was robbed in Harlem one night by some teenage kids. I felt sorry for these kids and, the leader, Robert, seemed liked a good kid. 

·              I decided to help these kids so I told him I would come back to Harlem the next day and show them how they could make money without stealing. I had no idea how I would accomplish this, but the next day I saw an ad for Cyalume Light Sticks, an American Cyanimide product.  It was a plastic tube that glowed green. Bought 1,000 Light Sticks at 50 cents each. I bought dry ice, thin plastic tubing, solid plastic rods, and some small metal balls, and showed up on a Harlem street corner. Robert and his friends showed up and I explained my idea.  We opened the sticks and poured the green glowing liquid into a bucket cooled by dry ice. We all sucked up the glowing liquid into the thin plastic tubing that I cut into 14 inch lengths and we sealed both ends with a ball bearing, and one short piece of solid plastic rod so you could close the tubing around your neck to wear it as a Green Glowing Necklace. There was a concert in Central Park where we went to sell the Necklaces. We sold over 10,000 necklaces in a few hours and made $60,000 cash that I let the kids keep.  I asked my friend and musician, Mick Jagger, to help me contact bands and I started selling my necklaces at concerts and parks.  Robert and his friends got 50% of sales and our first year we did over $14 MILLION in sales.

•    Fish Doctor™ & Bug Battery™. While working as a biochemist in genetic engineering at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, I developed new techniques to increase production of light-producing enzymes by attaching enzymes to glass rods so they remain stable. Marketed it for medical testing. Created Fish Doctor™ by genetically engineering “antibiotic resistant” strain of ammonia oxidizing bacteria so antibiotic treatment won’t kill ammonia oxidizing bacteria that break down fish waste products. Invented this battery that uses a genetically engineered strain of Marine Bacteria I created that can generate sufficient current to operate a cell phone for one month without recharging at an efficiency of over 95% compared to under 2% for other batteries. Genetically engineered new strain of Rhodoferax ferrireducens to enhance and stabilize its natural ability of long-term electricity production by metabolizing sugar into electricity. Developed strain to be used to generate electricity from organic waste materials more efficiently and at a substantially reduced cost. 

•    Verbal Judo™.  Wrote & produced "Verbal Judo” Infomercial that became the most successful management course in the world. Personally convinced Joy Pincus, Los Angeles City Councilwoman, into getting the entire City Council of Los Angeles to mandate that every police officer must be trained in Verbal Judo.  Today, every police officer in California is required to take Verbal Judo, and it is used today to train over 5,000 Police Departments, F.B.I., Secret Service, & Homeland Security in interrogation & hostage negotiation.

·              I have personally trained Secret Service, F.B.I., Homeland Security Scotland Yard, and military interrogators in Guantanamo Bay in interrogation techniques. I trained well-known Fortune 100 executives in business negotiation skills, and members in the Bloods and Crypts gangs to deal with police by keeping their mouths shut.

•    Starch Blocker™. This diet grossed over $600 MILLION in the FIRST 6 MONTHS. I invented this lipase enzyme inhibitor diet. I wrote all print ads for this diet. Billionaire David Geller and I were 50/50 partners.

•    Y-Bron™.   I used my medical school education, and found a way to legally sell impotency drugs without a prescription.  My first impotency show grossed $202 million and sold my drug “Y-Bron.” The show was hosted by Lyle Waggoner from the Carol Burnett Show.

•    Oncor™.  This my second infomercial for my other impotency drug grossed $227 million and the show was hosted by Chad Everrett, former host of Medical Center which was the longest running medical series on television.  I broke new ground with these shows in linking retail marketing with TV promotion.

•    Life Extension™ with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw. I put Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw on national TV with Merv Griffin to promote their book “Life Extension.”

•    Youth Extension™ with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw. I created and own this product and infomercial selling Alpha Hydroxy Acids as a “wrinkle remover.

•    OxyWhite™ Tooth Whitener. I was the first person selling a tooth whitener on national TV.

•    Dick Gregory’s Bahamian Diet™. I created this diet that grossed $169 million the first on TV.

•    Grapefruit Diet™.  I created this diet that grossed over $200 million in only Print ads.

•    Shrink Away™.  Rubber waist band and I sold $30 million in print ads I created.

•    Tan in a Tablet™.  Invented oral supplement that produces a natural-looking bronze color.

•    Cellulite Eliminator™.  Invented this from studies that Yohimbe causes cellulite breakdown.

•    Potent-8™ and Captivate-8™.  Invented the concept of “pheromone” perfume.

•    Created Dynaflite™ Golf Ball. Setup 200 sporting goods stores in 12 months. Sales of $130 million. Captured 90% of golf ball business.

•    Mr. Beer™ and Mr. Wine™.  Create powdered beer & powdered wine. One year most of the wine from France was my powdered wine which created a big scandal in France.

•    Rust-No-More™.  Invented this tiny electronic device that neutralizes any current flow in the metal of your car so it prevents your car from ever rusting. Same principle used on battleships to prevent rust.

•    Japanese Tomato Ring™. Invented this - lets you grow 100 pounds of tomatoes in a pot.

•    Make Your Car Invisible To Radar™.  Invented tiny fluorescent tube with Argon that is attached to front bumper with Velcro that completely absorbs all radar energy so no radar beam is reflected back.

•    Cholesterol Blocker™.  Marketed first cholesterol blocking drug on national TV.

•    Scandinavian Fat Blocker™.  Invented & wrote all the ad copy for this super successful diet.

•    Kitty Toilet Trainer™.  Invented the first method for training cats to use a toilet and flush it.
