for all aspects of the global IT Infrastructure supporting “Fortune 500”

maintenance, and monitoring of over 300 critical servers and switches in DG3
Data center. Daily duties partly consisted of maintaining Exchange server environment.
Manage Blackberry Enterprise server, Citrix Xenapp 6.5 farm and
Microsoft HyperV 2008 and 2012 servers. Support 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless
networks. Manage DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2003 email environment, Script
Logic Desktop Authority, Active Directory GPO’s, and all other business
related services. Responsible for Symantec “Netbackup” and Quantum iScaler
2000 tape library. Monitor and assure up to date virus protection through the
use of Sophos Enterprise Endpoint Security Anti-Virus software and web
filtering through Sophos Web Filtering Appliance.. Track health of servers
and assure security and critical patches are current on all production
servers using Microsft WSUS. Managed Juniper switches and Juniper firewalls.

Monitored and supported AT&T proprietary applications using
Unix-based BMC Patrol and Hummingbird Exceed. Developed complex
database macro queries using Microsoft Access and Visual Fox Pro for AT&T
MA (Market Analysts) and SA (Sales Analyst)s for all US AT&T
personnel.
I was the single point of contact for all unsolved Tier3 issues for
AT&T Executives and AT&T employees and Technical Lead for the US
based PDS (Premise Desktop Support) group. Worked directly with senior
management to document troubleshooting procedures and best practice
guidelines.
Developed web portal for AT&T sales analyst for tracking Sales
reports and metric statistics.
Was responsible for introducing VM ware as a cost savings for the PDS
group. Technical agents had multiple physical PC’s to troubleshoot the
different operating systems that AT&T used. By having the agents
use vmware, we were able to cut down each technical agent from 3 PC’s to one
machine, saving the department money and also being able to support
application upgrades and imaging much faster.
Supported AT&T infrastructure including LAN network issues and
client based network issues. Was awarded outstanding support technician
3 years in a row, and was promoted three times from an A1 to and A3, which
was one level under B level (manager).

2000 MCSE Certification track. Classes were based on hands-on Windows 2000
training from installing Windows Professional to creating a Windows 2000
Domain using Active Directory. Media such as PowerPoint, CBT, and
Official Microsoft curriculum was used to further instil the concepts of the
new Windows 2000 environment. Individual attention was given to every
student to ensure materials were completely understood. Each course
also contained Lectures on all topics described in the Microsoft 2000 MCSE
course. Also, use of test simulators was applied for real-life testing
environments to prep students.
