Developed web portal for AT&T sales analyst for tracking Sales reports and metric statistics.

Was responsible for introducing VM ware as a cost savings for the PDS group.  Technical agents had multiple physical PC’s to troubleshoot the different operating systems that AT&T used.  By having the agents use vmware, we were able to cut down each technical agent from 3 PC’s to one machine, saving the department money and also being able to support application upgrades and imaging much faster.

 

Supported AT&T infrastructure including LAN network issues and client based network issues.  Was awarded outstanding support technician 3 years in a row, and was promoted three times from an A1 to and A3, which was one level under B level (manager).

Prepared students for the four Microsoft Windows 2000 MCSE Certification track.
