·     Converted a data warehouse and reporting site due to new system of record implementation. Reviewed, rewrote, and modified 6,000+ lines of SQL scripts in 3 days.

·     Created similar data warehouse and reporting systems for new entities.

·     Automated Batch-track Reporting - SQL script, data cube, and 300+ MDX queries. It used to take 1 person over a week and now it takes 3 hours.

·     Automation of Daily Reports that are sent to the COO and Sr. Executive Management. It used to take 3 people 6 hours to do. Now, it takes 1 person less than 3 hours.

·     Sale File JSP site decreased time to create sale files from over 6 hours to less than 3 minutes

·     Quarterly Agency Management Review. Agencies fill out Microsoft Access templates and submit the data only. For each agency, 2 reports must tie out. All external data received is archived in-house.

·     Developed automated Scorecard Reports for attorney performance evaluation

·     Created and validated a predictive model using account segmentation and principal component analysis. Select attributes were evaluated and assigned bucket values. The resulting concatenated string of attribute values produced an identifier. By systematically aging historical monthly collections at the account level, I was able to match like accounts and produce a predictive aggregate liquidation curve for up to 8 years.
