Business Problem: The Account Group Reporting (AGR) 4.x is a system that provides account level cost and health trend information reports to users of the system. AGR 4.x was designed to support multiple customers over AGR 2.0/3.x versions which only supported a single customer (Wellpoint). The main objective of the Virtusa team is to maintain the AGR 3.x product and develop the new features required for AGR 4.x commercial product.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage offshore team and interact with onsite team for task analysis, requirements verification

·         Reporting to offshore management and maintain a high client delight index for consecutive quarters

·         Design and development of core application modules related to the AGR Online system using Java/PL-SQL.

Business Problem: Service Lifecycle Manager (SLM) is the new phase of the Verizon VASIP or Value Added Services Integration Platform. VASIP is a unified platform that provides the capability for Verizon to provide additional services on top of their existing DSL or Fibre connections. The SLM initiation will provide the capability to plug-in new modules/ new features to the ecosystem without having to reengineer the existing platform.
