·          Social Security System, Document Imaging System. Responsible for managing the Implementation Phase of the Loans Document Imaging and Workflow project at the national office of the Social Security System. Presented the process documentation for the Benefit Administration System using the new imaging technology. Facilitated resolutions and closure of technical and resource issues for  this project which involved $1.1 Million worth of acquisitions, and multi-vendor coordination.
