Responsible for new software development, and maintaining existing Web-based applications
(including mobile and Web Services) to support the company’s external clients. My work
included creating and implementing various internal C-Sharp APIs to access 3rd-party vendor

support both SOAP and RESTful APIs. In this capacity, I also recommended strategy and
technology to support new product initiatives.
Implemented an Open Source testing solution for software development initiatives that

Controls). Security included use of SAML2 for SSO with other enterprise applications. All WCF
services are mediated on the ESB with proxy to a back-end IIS server supporting both SOAP

Technical design and development of Web-based Portals and Internet-based applications
(e.g.; Regional Building Construction Portal, Inspection Portal, etc.) using Web Services, GIS,
.NET, C-Sharp, ColdFusion, Flex, SQL-Server, Google Maps API, and JavaScript.
Consultant to the US Department of Energy for development, implementation, and
enhancements to Java based scheduling tools, Oracle Reports used for the Energy
Management System involving meters, energy, and transmission usage with statistical data
reports for DSW-based customers. I interfaced regularly with key DSW departments and
Operations to achieve goals. Developed and implemented regional interchange schedule
spreadsheet used for daily Control Area checkout at the DSW facility.
Consultant to the US Department of Energy for managing development team, testing,
deployment, and training of a large multi-node OASIS application for the Power Industry.
System Architect for new product development to support online energy and transmission
reservations, as well as deregulation initiatives for the Power Industry.
Managed product life–cycle support operations for enterprise environments at the company,
including LINUX administration.
Consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy as a Technical Lead for system enhancements
to the Western OASIS Node. Additional Operational support for real–time scheduling and
