As the Director of Technology & Development, I was solely responsible for all technical and product strategy including Software Development, Quality Assurance, Client Hosting Support, and Product management. I single handedly designed and coded the first generation of the Business Process Management workflow engine currently sold by Eastman Kodak. I successfully re-architectured the application, the hardware configuration, and the hosting environment into a SaaS model that reduced hardware and deployment cost while maximizing existing resources and increasing scalability.
