Wrote
a multi-threaded vb.NET Windows service that received caller demographic
information from the CRM application, consumed a web service to query to
retrieve an xml stream of what types of mailings the caller had previously
been sent. The service then evaluated the mailing strategy and the callers
demographics combined with whether the caller was enrolling in a class or
looking for a physician to cross sell other services for a specific
hospital. The caller’s response is recorded and used to redefine

modifications and added new functionality to the True.com web site and the
customer service admin application. -
Wrote
a multi-threaded C# Windows service that processes 290,000 users a day. Each
user is run through a series of business rules that finds 10 other users
based on gender, location, age and attractiveness. The resulting matches are
emailed to the user twice a week. This process is responsible for 17% of all
activity on True.com. -
Created
a web-based application that mirrors some of the functionalities in the above
mentioned application. This email is sent when a user first signs up on
