Independently designing/architected and created database and web based applications for US Coast Guard for their MRA (Manpower Resource Development) analysis. Project involved to design/ architect, data modeling and creation of complete database in SQL Server 2005, migration of all legacy data stored in Excel worksheets, PDF, Word files, jpeg image stream to create a document repository, and building a front-end application using Microsoft .Net technology (using C#, ASP.net & AJAX) for data manipulation using Visual Studio 2005/2008. Created DTS and SSIS packages stored procedures for data migration and data mining. Project also involves the integration of Crystal Reports and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Service). These application integrated Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to Microsoft SQL Server and MS Access databases, CF web templates and Internet Information Service (IIS) to dynamically generate HTML and JavaScript in effective and user-friendly client web pages, and on the servers to read, insert, update and delete data, upload files.  Created a web based Accident Reporting Form for interactive use and also the created the database for the application. Provided support to the Application Maintenance team for application bug fix using the automated HEAT system.
