•          Project Lead of team of 6.

•          As a Lead QA Engineer for Amtrak, it is my responsibility to personally interface and coordinate with the Amtrak Lead QA at the client side, End to End and UAT testers, systems integrators, developers and project managers to resolve any discrepancies found during the integration test environment, End to End, Users Acceptance and Regression stage environment.

•          To identify the scope of the testing required for a particular project or release based on the requirements provide and documents such as the project plan, requirements and design documents.

•          Develop test plan, test summary report and test cases and have it reviewed and approved by the management/ and development team. It is my responsibility to discuss with my team all upcoming projects, deadlines and what test cases to develop and required for testing. 

•          During the testing cycle, I ensure that my team and I meet the deadline of the project for our client. Monitor our test progress by constantly assessing the work assignment to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.

•          Present any timely status to the management and ensure and instill confidence about the work being done.

•          Hold meeting and close communication at all times within the test team to make sure everyone is on schedule on the project and tasks that their assign to and inform them to what other team members are doing.

•          Check if there might be any delays in achieving the schedule and hold discussions with testers to figure out the issues they may be facing and strive to resolve them.

•          During test execution and as the project winds down, I write summary reports on test status.

•          I lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures.

•          I hold a meeting within my team to resolve any problem that may occur among them and ensure that the great working relationship remains between them.

•          I recognize when test automation is appropriate for testing and I ensure that my team have the latest tools, training and ensure to communicate with the developers to provide them the latest   scripts needed.

•          As test execution comes near, I make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution and communicate it among my team.

2/2001 – 6/2013: EMA/SAIC, Lead .Net C# Software Application Engineer V

•          14 years’ experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and documenting application using objectoriented (OO) Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008/2012 C# for both front end and back end.  As the lead software developer, my responsibilities included development of Windows Graphical User Interfaces and SOA web interfaces. I assisted in the successful completion of the very first Aircraft Media Management System for the U.S. Navy's new P8-A Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft. 

•          Technical Lead and Senior Application Engineer for windows client Graphical User Interface (GUI) that interfaced with the Java Server in Redhat. Responsible and lead developer for the development of Operator Machine Interface (OMI) and data structures necessary to support Aircraft Media Management System server (AMMS) for Boeing 737 P-8A Poseidon. Development include entire front end and back end for the Pre-Flight Loader and Post Flight Data Extraction of P8A media’s and devices.

•          Extraction of the Digital Video Recorder data (DVR); Mission Event Log; and Mission Planning.

Interfaced with Mission Planning Web Service modules using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) web service. Lead developer for Mission Planning Interface Web Service. Used WCF API within Microsoft .Net framework to implement both secure and non-secure connections.

•          Created Interface Design Description (IDD) to describe the interface between my client and Northrup Grumman web service application. Created both my client and Northrup Grumman XSD's for the web service endpoints and defined elements. 

•          Interfaced with AMMS server using secure socket layer (SSL) for security. Interfaced with the Mission Planning Web Service using Secure Transport Mode, Messages encryption / description / Authentication and SAML. Used Altova UModel for creating sequence, class, activity, deployment and use case diagrams. Created and updated Test Cases, Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Software Design Description (SDD), Test Plan, Software Version Description (SVD) and Interface Design Description (IDD) documents.

•          Developed Tactical Data Insertion (TDI) programs used in US and foreign military airborne surveillance systems, US P3 Orion, Canadian CP-140 Aurora, Canadian Aurora Incremental Modernization Project (AIMP), and other foreign military  aircraft. Coordinated with systems integrators to resolve any discrepancies found during integration testing. Used Enterprise Architect to develop Unified Modeling Language (UML) relationship diagrams such as Class, Sequence, Activity and Deployment diagrams.

•          Broad understanding and knowledge of the TDI Dynamic Output Processor (DOP) for both US and foreign military surveillance systems. Broad understanding of object oriented C# Visual Studio .Net 2008, SQL Server, Java NetBeans 6.8, Subversion, Web Service, XML, XSD, SSL, Linux. Wrote, maintained and documented application source code in the design of object-oriented for both C# and Visual Basic applications using Visual Studio .Net 2008.

•          Extensive knowledge of format and data conversions between binary, XML, large database files, and large databases, including Tactical Data Insertion and Generic Mission Replay for the Navy Aircrafts. Convert large data files from one aircraft platform to another.

•          Coordinated with systems integrators, testers to resolve any discrepancies found during integration testing using "AGILE SCRUM" Methodology. Delivered builds and products on time to customers.

•          Successfully trained and mentor C# junior application developers.

•          Build scripts using MSBuild to help automate the process of creating a software product that includes compiling the source code, packaging, testing, deployment and creating documentations.

•          Help clients to reach their goals in terms of living a healthy lifestyle through eating healthy and staying fit by providing them personalized nutrition meal plans and exercise regimen that best suits their needs based on their goals, age, culture background and health history.

•          Introducing them to a “healthy way of eating” and not through dieting. Monitoring their weight and health progress and provide constant support and motivation to keep them on track. Provide a variety of meal plans to clients to help lower high blood pressure and cholesterol.
